Former COMELEC Chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr. passes away at 80

Malacañang has extended its sympathies to the family of former Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chairperson Sixto Brillantes Jr. who passed away Tuesday morning at the age of 80.

He was earlier reported to have tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and later succumbed to disease.
