The House is willing to hold special sessions while on 2-month break.

House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano is willing to hold a special session in the House to discuss the important proposals while on a 2-month break.

“If the Senate feels the same way, we can meet with them and change our calendar. Now if they don’t feel the same way, at may commitments din sila ‘yong committee hearings at round table discussions na lang ang itutuloy namin.” House Speaker Cayetano said.

Despite the break, the committee meetings and other hearings decided by the plenary will continue as scheduled.
