Isolated rain showers to dampen PH Tuesday

By Ma. Cristina Arayata | Philippine News Agency

Most parts of the country will experience isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, the weather bureau said Tuesday.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have light rains due to the northeast monsoon or “amihan,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 4 a.m. bulletin.

PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over the entire archipelago.

Meanwhile, the eastern section of the country will continue to experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
