Isolated rains over most parts of PH on Friday

By Ma. Cristina Arayata | Philippine News Agency

MANILA — Most parts of the archipelago will experience isolated rain showers on Friday, the weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, Bangsamoro, Zamboanga Peninsula and Palawan.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
