MANILA — Most parts of the archipelago will experience isolated rain showers, the weather bureau said on Wednesday.

The frontal system affecting northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon, added the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
