Lone bettor from Quezon City wins P75-M Lotto jackpot

A lone bettor from Novaliches, Quezon City won over P75 million Grand Lotto jackpot on Monday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced Tuesday, Feb. 28.

PCSO said the bettor guessed the correct combination of 9-8-5-1-30-51 and won the jackpot prize of P75,248,476.

Meanwhile, two bettors from Laguna took home the P11,631,365 jackpot from 6/45 Lotto after both guessing the winning combination of 25-4-11-35-15-9.

The winning tickets were bought in San Pablo City.

PCSO said prizes above P10,000 are subject to 20% tax pursuant to TRAIN Law.

Meanwhile, prizes not claimed by the winner within one year from the date of draw will be considered forfeited. -ag
