LTO opens online transactions

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has opened its online transactions for those who wishes to acquire a driver’s license or to renew their existing license.

According to the LTO, landtransportmanagementsystemportal.lto.gov.ph was launched for online transactions and advised the public to visit the site and create an account. The portal is available in Metro Manila and selected LTO offices in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

However, the LTMS is only in its pilot test phase as part of the Department of Transportation’s (DOTr) move to digitize transactions in government offices due to the threat of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). -PTV News
