PRRD ordered an investigation on J&T Express

President Rodrigo R. Duterte ordered the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to investigate the courier service provider, J&T Express.

A video of the courier company went viral after its employees have mishandled the products to be delivered. However, J&T Express apologized about the incident and ensured that it is only an isolated case.

The Chief Executive advised the customers who experienced the same problems with the courier service to file a complaint with the police to punish the one who violates the law.

“As a courier, a company registered as a courier, I would like to — because of the so many complaints but I will close you down. Sigurado ‘yan sasarahan talaga kita (For sure, I will get you closed). Whether you like it or not, after the CIDG and the NBI would finish their investigation and would point a liability sa inyo.”
