MERALCO announces power rate reduction for November


The Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) announced that the power charges will go down for the month of November.

MERALCO Spokesperson Joe Zaldarriaga pointed out that the oil price in Dubai has dropped for 4 months affecting the oil price in Malampaya. The electric circulation in Luzon has ran smoothly with only a few outages reported.

The electric company has yet to announce the specific rates reduction in the next few days. – PTV News
