Farmers who own more than an hectare of land are distressed over their accruing losses in the face of grain price drops in the country and being excluded from the government’s Sure Aid Program. However, the DA states that loan assistance may still be provided for these farmers under the Agriculture Credit and Policy Council’s programs.
