Representatives of local government units, government agencies, and universities gathered for the 2019 National Gender and Development Budget Forum. Organized by the Philippine Commission for Women (PCW), the said forum aims to address concerns on the allocation of the 5% GAD budget of government offices and the challenge of resolving gender issues in the workplace.
