MRT-3 to suspend operations for 4 weekends

The Manila Metro Rail Transit System Line 3 (MRT-3) will suspend operations for 4 weekends from July to September.

According to the MRT-3 administration, the temporary suspension is for the hastened rail replacement works for the Southbound and Northbound tracks including the turn-out tracks at the North Avenue and Taft Avenue stations.

The completion of the rail replacement will result to the trains running up to 60 kph. Operations will be suspended on July 4 to 5, August 8 to 9, August 22 to 23 and September 12 to 13. – PTV News
