PACC opens hotlines for ECQ queries, concerns

The Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) has launched its hotline services to continue serving the people amid the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine.

The PACC can be reached at 09066927324, pacc.complaints@gmail.com, and via PACC official Facebook page.

The PACC said the platforms aim to address the queries of the public on the programs of the government amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

PACC Commissioner Greco Belgica shared in the Laging Handa Press Briefing they have started receiving questions, complaints, and even suggestions on the hotlines.

The queries will be forwarded to concerned agencies for response and/or resolution. The processs has become easier due to the joint task force formed by PACC.

Meanwhile, Belgica urged the public to do backyard gardening for additional food source. He is set to launch backyard farming mission in the next few days with the help of other government agencies. – Report from Kenneth Paciente
