Palace: ‘Tugon ng Masa’ shows PBBM admin doing ‘right moves’ in economy

Malacañang said the result of the recent “Tugon ng Masa” survey conducted by OCTA Research and Manila Bulletin affirmed that the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is “doing all the right moves” on economic recovery and transformation.

In a statement, the Office of the Press Secretary reiterated Marcos’ commitment to improve the lives of Filipinos through programs that provide job opportunities, ease business processes, and ensure food security.

“The President’s call for unity and cooperation is as resounding today as his administration works to fulfill his campaign promises to every Filipino, here and abroad,” it read.

The survey, conducted from Oct. 23-27 this year, showed that 85% Filipino adults believe the country is on the right path under the current  administration.

Those in the Visayas registered the highest agreement at 91%, followed by  81% in Luzon, 84% in Mindanao, and 70% in Metro Manila.

Around 79% to 86% among those in classes A to E agreed that the Philippines is on the right direction.

“These numbers represent Filipinos who, in their own personal lives, homes and workplaces, experienced the extraordinary difficulties the past two years have brought upon us all, and very well know the challenges we, as a nation, face in rising above these difficulties,” it noted. – Katrina Gracia Consebido-ag
