Pfizer, BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine arrives in UK

The first batch of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech has arrived in the United Kingdom from Belgium and was transported through the Eurotunnel.

The UK assured that the vaccine is stored under the temperature of -70 degrees Celsius. However, it did not publicly announce the location of its central hub. The country has ordered 40 million doses. Medical frontliners and the vulnerable sector will be prioritized in the vaccination. – PTV News
