President Rodrigo Duterte confirms that he flies to South Korea next week to partake in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)-Korea Commemorative Summit. He informs that security issues and South China Sea territorial disputes will top the agenda list of the conference. He is also expected to have bilateral meetings with other heads of state in the course of the event.
