Probe on Sinas to push through

Malacañang clarified the investigation on NCRPO Chief Debold Sinas regarding the celebration of his birthday will push through even if President Duterte has decided to retain him.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the Chief Executive is aware of the proper process for the incident despite his statement.

He will remain in his post. And because the President is a former fiscal, he knows it is important for a criminal case to go through due process),” Roque said.

When it comes to administrative cases, well, they will also push through),” Roque added.
