PSE kicks off 2020 trade with soaring hopes

The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) commences the 2020 trading session today, January 02, 2020 with upbeat expectations about breaching the 9,000 index level this year.

The Department of Finance, in commenting on the Philippines’s 2019 investment feat, notes that investment during 2019 was flourishing, caused by the BBB+ credit rating of the country in said year. The high credit rating of a state arouses entrepreneurs to infuse money in that country.
