PTV youth show ‘Iskoolmates’ was recognized at the Platinum Stallion National Media Awards

PTV youth show “Iskoolmates” was recognized at the Platinum Stallion National Media Awards.

“Iskoolmates” received special citation for youth oriented program.

The Platinum Stallion National Media Awards is the award-giving body of the Trinity University of Asia that honors programs and personalities that embody scholarship, knowledge, and inspiration to students of the media and allied arts.

The PTV program aims to present a broader perspective on issues concerning the Filipino youth through allowing them to voice their views on matters that impact their lives as active stakeholders of the future.

It also serves as an avenue for intelligent discourse and social awareness as it targets to empower today’s young freethinkers with information.

“Iskoolmates” was previously named “Best TV Program” during the recent Guild of Educators Mentors and Students’ Hiyas ng Sining Awards and received “Green Zeal Award for Excellence” at the 5th Gawad Lasallianeta. -ag
