The National Museum of the Philippine named the Quezon Memorial Shrine as a National Cultural Treasure on Saturday, Aug. 19.

This was in celebration of the 145th birth anniversary of former President Manuel L. Quezon.

Major Joy Belmonte and Vice Mayor Gian Sotto received the cultural marker.

The Quezon Memorial Shrine is the second historical site that received the same recognition in Quezon City following Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, La Naval de Manila in Barangay Sto. Domingo in 2012.
