The new Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 offers one month of free toll for motorists starting December on its soft opening.
According to San Miguel Corporation President and COO Ramon Ang, waiving the fees for a month is their way of welcoming the public to the project.
The SMC has partially opened part of the Skyway 3 from Buendia to Plaza Dilao which is also temporarily free.
The Skyway 3 project was finished last week and is expected to shorten the travel time from North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) to South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) to only 30 minutes from the current 2 hours.
