Soberano NCAA 3-point king anew

MANILA – AC Soberano reigned once again in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) three-point shootout after winning the competition during the league’s All-Star festivities at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan City on Friday.

Despite struggling a bit in the finals, Soberano still beat Exe Biteng of Mapua to capture his second three-point title.

Soberano, who had 18 points in the eliminations, made 16 in the championship round, enough to defeat Biteng, who had 14 in the finals. (Ivan Stewart Saldajeno/PNA)
