MANILA — Phoenix quickly waxed hot and crippled TNT, 112-82, in their PBA Governors’ Cup battle at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on Friday night.

Jason Perkins led Phoenix with 22 points on 10-of-12 shooting, five rebounds, and one assist.

Matt Wright added 16 points, five rebounds, six assists, and one steal.

Eugene Phelps only played for 30 minutes due to the already insurmountable lead but still had 15 points, 11 rebounds, and four assists.
