Here is the chance of a lifetime. Attend a global peace conference where a panel of distinguished specialists from as many as 120 nations share their invaluable expertise and experience on every topic imaginable. It’s free. You get a front row seat. And even in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown you can still join. To top it off, you will be offered a certificate for attending.

The Universal Peace Federation (UPF), an NGO in general consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, is holding a virtual seminar, Sept. 11-13, 2020. The theme for the International Leadership Conference (ILC) is, “Opportunity and Hope at a Time of Global Crisis: Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity and Universal Values.” Concurrent ILC’s will be held in three, time-zone friendly clusters: the Americas, the Asia Pacific, and the combined continents of Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Former Secretary-General of the United Nations, H.E. Ban Ki-moon, said he believed that UPF “will become a cornerstone to build lasting peace around the world.” He made this statement at the Rally of Hope, a virtual summit held last month, Aug. 9, 2020, where millions watched live via the internet.
The conference is divided into eight major areas: i) heads of state, ii) parliamentarians, iii) religious leaders, iv) women in leadership, v) the media, vi) academicians, vii) business investors, and viii) youth and students.
The occasion is the 15th anniversary since the founding of UPF which took place at the prestigious Lincoln Center in New York City on Sept. 12, 2005. The late Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon and his wife, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, co-founded the federation in order to advance world peace from the private sector and support the work of the United Nations.
