Zamboanga City administers 200-K jabs

According to the City Health Office records, Zamboanga City has administered a total of 207,747 doses of COVID-19 vaccines.

As of Aug. 19, a total of 90,497 have now been fully vaccinated in Zamboanga City, including those who received two-dose vaccines and the one-shot Janssen vaccine.

This accounts for 13% of the total target population.

Meanwhile, 117,250 individuals or 17% have received their first dose.

The city has a total of 12,405 cases as of Aug. 21. There are 137 active cases with community transmission contributing 116 of the total active cases, 19 are authorized persons outside of residence, one is a detainee, and one a returning resident.

They have 11,652 recoveries and the death toll is at 616. – jlo
