The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) reported Friday, June 30, that one individual has reportedly died while 11,000 families have been affected by the continuous flooding in Mindanao.

According to OCD Deputy Spokesperson Diego Mariano, 78 individuals or 17 families are staying in evacuation centers.

Mariano said local government units are extending help to the affected population.

He assured that there is enough assistance for those affected by the flooding, and that the government will continue to provide assistance.

–ag
