MMDA sanctions enforcers for ECQ guidelines violation, one for domestic abuse

Several Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) employees have been sanctioned for violating enhanced community quarantine guidelines.

Six constables have been suspended for violating the “No Backride Policy” and social distancing while one officer has been suspended for not wearing a face mask while conducting an inspection along Alabang-Zapote Road.

A video of an enforcer beating up his live-in partner and stepchild has went viral Monday and caused his termination.

The MMDA has also terminated one constable due to robbery extortion. – Report from Mica Joson
