More than 1,000 motorcycle riders arrested due to protocol violations

The Philippine National Police (PNP) Joint Task Force Shield has recorded 1,350 have violations of back riding protocols.

According to JTF Shield Commander Lieutenant General Guillermo Eleazar, 1,284 individuals have no required barrier while 66 are not married couples or live-in partners.

Meanwhile, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque has reminded that backriding is again prohibited while the National Capital Region (NCR) is under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine. – PTV News
