In the midst of rain and flood affecting parts of Luzon and Visayas, the southwest monsoon once again reminds communities of resilience and solidarity.

This Sunday, the habagat hums—a reminder from the storm: resilience is our compass, hope is our light.

In Quezon City, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) continues to monitor certain segments of Araneta Avenue—from P. Florentino to Maria Clara, and Victory Avenue due to recorded flooding.
