via Rocky Ignacio

The President of the Davao City Chamber of Commerce And industry Incorporated DCCCII Ronald Go said in an exclusive interview Tuesday that President Rodrigo Duterte has definitely broken the mold when we compare him to past presidents. He is a tough nut to crack so to say.

Alot of what he does has certain sectors of society scratching their heads about where he is going with his decisions.

He thinks the President has been good for our economy. He has shaken up the dynamics of our relations with traditional trading partners.

And in the process opened the door for non traditional trading partners to come in. This has given us more options in terms of markets for our products as well as inputs for our businesses.

Go said, For Davao City our president has drawn so much attention to our city from other countries as evidenced by the visit of their ambassadors & business origins in Davao City, Overall our Duterte has definitely laid down the opportunities that lead to economic growth.
