ASF outbreak spreads throughout PH

The African Swine Fever (ASF) outbreak has spread throughout the Philippines.

The data from the Bureau of Animal Industry show that there are 69 new cases of ASF in Luzon.

41,953 pigs positive with ASF have already been culled.

From the outbreak last year, the number of slaughtered pigs rose to 250,000.

The most recent cases of ASF reported are from the provinces of Nueva Ecija, Quezon, and Batangas.
