The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) warned politicians and their supporters that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if found engaging in any form of violence against media as part of the government’s proactive measures to protect media workers, journalists, and other media practitioners for a safe and peaceful May election.
