The northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring cloudy skies with isolated light rains over most of Luzon including Metro Manila, the weather bureau said Saturday, Oct. 28.
Most of Luzon will continue to experience cloudy skies with rains due to the shear line and northeast monsoon or “amihan” in the next 24 hours, the weather bureau said Sunday.
About two to four tropical cyclones are expected to enter the Philippines before the year end and at least 45 provinces are expected to experience drought by March 2024.
The northeasterly surface wind flow affecting extreme Northern Luzon, and the trough of a low pressure area (LPA) will cause rain showers over parts of the country, the weather bureau said Monday.
