Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 remains hoisted over Batanes and TCWS No. 1 over Babuyan Islands and Sta. Ana, Cagayan as Typhoon Henry maintains its strength as it accelerates northward as of 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3.
Typhoon Henry (Hinnamnor) continues to pummel Batanes and Babuyan Islands with heavy rains and gusty winds as it continues to slow down over the Philippine Sea Friday, the weather bureau said.
