IATF-EID discusses ‘new normal’ church settings with religious leaders, PRRD commends gov’t troops

The Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) spoke with religious leaders on Tuesday.

According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, a consultation was conducted regarding the “new normal” setting that will be implemented in various houses of worship.

Meanwhile, President Rodrigo R. Duterte met with several Philippine Army and Philippine Air Force officials Tuesday.

The President commended government troops for their successful military operations against the leftist group.

“I know that you are not mercenaries. You do not do it for money. You do it out of passion for the love of country because we are all Filipinos and we know where to place ourselves,” the Chief Executive stated. – Report from Mela Lesmoras
