Lone bettor wins P87M Lotto jackpot

A lone bettor from Mandaue City in Cebu won a total of P87,051,450 Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot prize, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced Wednesday, Aug. 9.

The bettor correctly guessed the winning combination of 18-22-30-55-26-05 on Aug. 8.

The winning ticket was bought in Mandaue City.

PCSO said prizes above P10,000 are subject to 20% tax pursuant to TRAIN Law.

Meanwhile, prizes not claimed by the winner within one year from the date of draw will be considered forfeited. – ag
