LPA formerly ‘Chedeng’ to bring rains in Mindanao

MANILA — The low-pressure area formerly known as Tropical Depression Chedeng will continue to bring rains in Mindanao.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced in Palawan, the Zamboanga Peninsula, and the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

The Bicol region, the Visayas and the rest of Mindanao, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Temperature in Metro Manila will range from 22 degrees to 34 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City, 22-35 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 15-27 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu, 24-31 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao, 24-31 degrees Celsius.
