Senate pushes for Faeldon’s resignation over GCTA issues

The Senate insists that someone has to take responsibility for the misinterpretation and wrong implementation of the Good Conduct Time Allowance Law under Republic Act No. 10592. Members of the Blue Ribbon Committee also pushed for the resignation of BuCor Chief Nicanor Faeldon for the sake of delicadeza, being the signatory of raple-slay convict and ex-Calauan Mayor Antonio Sanchez’s release order.
