Holy Week rush kicks-off as passengers flock to bus terminals

Passengers have started to flock to the bus terminals in Quezon City on Sunday (April 10) as the Holy Week starts.

In a bus terminal in Cubao, Quezon City, passengers wanting to buy bus tickets started building-up.

According to the bus management, the number of passengers also increased to 3,000 from 1,000 from January to March.

The management also started to operate longer hours to accommodate more passengers and added operating 170 bus units from the previous 20 to continue accommodating passengers traveling to Bulacan, Cabanatuan, Pampanga and other provinces.
