Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte on Monday, Aug. 28, urged the cyclist involved in the viral road rage to come out and coordinate with the city government in filing necessary cases.
The driver involved in the road rage in Quezon City is not the registered owner of the red vehicle seen in the viral video, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) said.
The driver who pulled out a gun on a cyclist during an altercation has surrendered to authorities, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) confirmed Sunday, Aug. 27.
A police officer and his accomplice involved in the shooting incident that killed a minor and injured another individual in Rodriguez, Rizal on Aug. 20 have been arrested, according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).
