The DBM says more than 91% of the PhP3.6 trillion 2019 national budget has already been released. The speedy discharge is directed towards the implementation of different infrastructure projects and services of the state. A large chunk of the fund has been allocated to the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary branches as well as the constitutional offices.
