Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa has expressed his intent to cooperate in the investigation of the GCTA anomalies at the Bureau of Corrections. He stated the BuCor merely implements laws and should not be blamed. Around 120 inmates with heinous crimes cases were released under his term as BuCo chief.
